• Each pack must only be decommissioned once, including bulk/split packs (these should only be decommissioned when first opened).
• You can reactivate (reintroduce) the pack if it was decommissioned no more than 10 days ago. Do not reactivate a bulk/split pack that has already been decommissioned as supplied.
• Contact IMVO for support with this alert if you believe this pack was not previously decommissioned as supplied at your location.
