The IMVO team are available to host support sessions for end-users and their teams. This can be one to one or as part of a group and would include support in the following areas:
- Scanning queries
- Scanner configuration guidance
- IMVS/IMVO account queries
- Alert queries
The sessions can be organised via phone, Microsoft Teams or Zoom. To arrange a session please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, phone number and details of the support required.
