Colour-coded responses (red, amber or green) must be provided by the FMD software. The colour coding is determined by the operation code returned in the IMVS response.
IMVO has also designed online help pages to assist end-users when an alert is raised after a pack is scanned. Similar to the colour coding, it is the operation code that determines the appropriate online help page.
